We offer incredibly fast shipping. Orders typically ship the same day!

Please allow 1 to 3 business days to process and ship your order during sales and high volume times.  Orders placed with Priority Shipping will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive shipping confirmation within 3 business days after your order has been placed or within 2 business days if you've selected Priority Shipping. 

An email confirmation will be sent providing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please contact us at hello@pamorcollections.com if you have not received tracking information within 72 hours.

Please note that P‘AMOR is not responsible for any potential delay once your item is in the possession of USPS. P’AMOR is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages that have been marked as delivered by USPS. 

While we make every effort to completely fulfill your order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel an item. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to an out of stock item(s), you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will be refunded for the unshipped item.

Please make sure that your address is entered correctly to ensure that your package is delivered properly and to avoid undeliverable packages. P‘AMOR will not be responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to insufficient or incorrect address information. Return-to-sender or Refused packages will be restocked.  The customer will be issued a store credit minus the original shipping cost and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
