Didn't work for you? No problem. Regular priced items can be returned to P’Amor within 7 days of the package being delivered. Store credit will be issued for all returns in the original amount of the sale, excluding the non-refundable shipping fee. Store credits can be used immediately toward your next purchase. 

We do not provide complimentary return labels, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with any return. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number as the carrier may experience issues or delays. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is received. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges as we cannot guarantee the requested item will be in stock at the time of processing your return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.  We will not accept items that have been worn, altered, stained, washed, or damaged in any way.  Please understand that we have the right to refuse a return if we detect the item has been worn or damaged.  The customer will be responsible for shipping fees if the return is refused.

All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.  Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@pamorcollections.com within 48 hours.  We will contact you as soon as possible to address and resolve the issue.
