We pride ourselves on incredibly fast shipping — orders typically ship the same day!
During our Reset & Rebuild Sale, please allow 1–3 business days to process and ship your order. Processing time does not include carrier delivery time — your final delivery window depends on USPS or UPS once your package is in transit. Orders placed with Priority Shipping will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 72 hours, please contact us at hello@pamorcollections.com — we’re happy to help!
Please note: P’Amor is not responsible for any potential delays once your item is in the possession of USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If this happens, we’re happy to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier if possible.
While we make every effort to completely fulfill your order, on rare occasions we may need to cancel an item due to out-of-stock inventory. If this happens, you will receive a cancellation email and a refund for the unshipped item.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. P’Amor will not be responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to insufficient or incorrect address information.
Return-to-sender or refused packages will not be refunded or restocked — all sale items are final sale.
